Accessibility
Accessibility statement
Help should be easy to reach for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards or magnification.

Our goal
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website.
What we've built in
- • A skip-to-content link and semantic headings on every page
- • Visible focus outlines for keyboard navigation
- • Labeled form fields, with required fields marked in text
- • Real alt text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden
- • Status and priority always written out, never signaled by color alone
- • Reduced-motion support: animation switches off if your device asks it to
- • Accessible accordions, menus and dialogs
Known limits
Donations are completed on Zeffy, a third-party platform we don't control. Documents such as annual reports are published as provided; if a file is hard to read with your tools, ask us and we'll supply an accessible version.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site blocks you, let us know and describe what happened. We'll fix it and follow up with you.
