  1. Step 1

    Identify student need

    We connect directly with school staff to understand how many students may need weekend food assistance. Information may come from FIT lists, internal staff recommendations, or families reaching out for help.

  2. Step 2

    Ensure sustainable support

    Before committing to a school, we determine whether we can reliably provide weekly food assistance through the full school year. If long-term weekly support is not possible, we may offer help during holidays or special distributions.

  3. Step 3

    Pack, deliver, distribute

    Our team packs and delivers food bags each Thursday afternoon or Friday morning, adjusting for school holidays or schedule changes. School teams then distribute bags discreetly and respectfully.
