Information you give us through a form: your email address, first and last name, phone number, and mailing address details when you provide them.

Usage information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date, time and length of your visit, device identifiers and similar diagnostic data.

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We don't publish the names of families we serve, and we don't share donor lists.

Donations are processed by Zeffy. Card details are handled entirely by that processor and never touch this website.

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Unless stated otherwise these are maximums and we often delete sooner: account information for the length of the relationship plus up to 24 months; support messages and correspondence up to 24 months after they close; website analytics and server logs up to 24 months from collection. We may keep information longer where a law, a legal claim, your own request or a routine backup schedule requires it, and we delete or anonymize it when the period ends.

Your information is processed at our operating offices and wherever the parties involved are located, which may be outside your state or country. Where the law requires it, international transfers carry appropriate safeguards.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep certain records where we have a legal obligation to do so. Contact us and we'll take care of it.

This site isn't directed to anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a fresh "last updated" date, and let you know by email or a notice on the site before a significant change takes effect.
